Starting at $340 for four people, learn how to make and decorate chocolates from San Diego’s premier chocolatier. Perfect for families, date nights and group gatherings looking to have fun with chocolate!

Private classes for groups of 4-15 can be setup at your preferred day and time. Advanced reservations are required. Private classes are $85/Per Person for up to 15 people total. Adult supervision is required for the full class length for customers under 18 year old.

• You will learn how to temper chocolate at home, how cacao is grown and processed by the farmers, and how we make chocolate in the factory/store. In addition, you will be learn how to decorate truffles and let your creative juices flow!

• All materials and equipment are provided, and everything you make is yours to keep! Participants will make a ganache which they can flavor or keep plain chocolate and decorate and make 21 molded chocolate truffles. We provide a gift box for the 21 chocolate truffles and a container for the remaining ganache.
